HELLO! I'M BROOKE JANINE.

Born in the picturesque city of Saratoga Springs, New York, I grew up surrounded by a vibrant tapestry of events and intriguing personalities. Yet, my childhood was marked by trauma, causing me to spend more time observing the world than participating in it. My struggles with addiction led me through diverse and often misunderstood corners of society, offering a unique perspective on life.

This unconventional journey has profoundly shaped my approach to photography. Through my lens, I seek to capture the often-overlooked beauty in both moments of suffering and joy, reflecting the full spectrum of the human experience. My work aims to highlight the resilience and grace that emerge from life's most challenging and uplifting moments.

I am a devoted follower of Jesus, a mother of three, and a proud grandmother. My life is richly woven with the threads of family and faith, and I am deeply connected to my role as a wife to a dedicated law enforcement officer.

As a trauma survivor, I’ve found solace and strength in my passion for photography. Capturing moments through my lens allows me to express my love for people, excitement, and adventure. My own experiences drive my profound commitment to mental health, and I am passionate about supporting others on their journeys.

For me, photography is more than a craft—it’s a way to celebrate the beauty of life’s complexities and connect with others on a meaningful level. Through my work, I strive to share stories that inspire and uplift, reflecting the resilience and vibrancy of the human spirit.
